Yes, we promise that your dental procedures will actually be a pleasant experience! Our commitment to you is based on over 30 years of expertise as an Endodontist in the Dentistry Profession. We use advanced technical equipment including Laser Technology and we have thousands of happy patients to back our promise. Once you're prepped for a procedure, if you sense any discomfort we stop and immediately adjust before you experience pain. After you leave our office you will experience zero to only minimal discomfort resulting from your procedure.

Dr. Noel Fuller says, "I decided years ago to go into the field of dentistry after having experienced severe tooth pain myself. I realized then, the extreme discomfort that many experience during dental treatment and I was determined to do something about it. Now, we offer pain free treatment with minimal time in our office.

Years ago most dental surgical cases took at least an hour to perform a procedure and often included an IV sedation, which was commonly practiced. Twenty to thirty years ago the normal dental surgical success rate averaged about 50% across the country. Routinely, codeine or a stronger pain medicine was prescribed to curb pain once the patient left the office.

Today our office performs advanced surgical procedures that take only 20-25 minutes while rarely using an IV. We make it a point to keep post operation discomfort at to a minimum with long lasting anesthetic. Aside from significantly reducing both time and discomfort, we also enjoy a success rate of 94% and climbing. This improvement is accomplished by continuing education, especially in microscopic surgery. In order to continue this progress we maintain a culture of constant improvement in our workplace.

We have patients that come from all over York, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Chester, Kershaw, and Lancaster, S.C., as well as Charlotte, N.C. Many of our patients are referred to us by previous patients who have confidence in our work and the integrity of our practice.
